Welcome to Case Manager and Attendant Care Support

Providing services to injured clients whilst rewarding, is also challenging. In my role as Case Manager, I became aware of the many stressful situations and responsibilities in achieving the best outcomes for my clients. I also realised how difficult it was to "switch off". Whilst debriefing with colleagues was helpful it  did not provide a confidential and dynamic framework for change.

My aim is to provide empathetic and practical support to clinicians and professionals in the context of Case Management for clients with Severe Injury.  The importance of having a safe, confidential space to discuss concerns and difficulties cannot be understated. It improves day-to-day practice, reduces the likelihood of burnout, and increases motivation and energy in helping clients pursue their goals. This service is something I would have liked to have been able to access. â€‹

"How you do anything is how you do everything" (Martha Beck) Understanding how and why we do what we do  can provide insight into how to make effective change. Awareness creates opportunity for  making positive change  to improve  our experience and increase effectiveness. Exploring interpersonal skills, communication techniques and strategies for building healthy boundaries with colleagues and clients.

My career  in counselling and coaching allows me to develop a platform in which to equip clinicians in this area to better manage the challenges of working in this area and deliver better outcomes. Contact me to find out more about how I can support you today.
